"My daughters shoes were stolen at school. I had a very good friend call the store before hand and ask if he could purchase shoes over the phone with his credit card if I brought my daughter up there. When I got up there and we picked out a pair of shoes the front desk lady was not even trying to help or call the manager. She said-“she could be driving and I don’t want to text her.” I wait 20 minutes for the manager to show up and before I could even get the request out of my mouth she said- we cannot do that, no way. They would not even entertain the idea to help a poor girl situation and get credit card payment over the phone. Lowes, Walmart, every large chain store has done this. Very disrespectful."
