"Scammed my friend out of over $7k, which he still hasn’t gotten back the full amount. Told my buddy he needed money down to order parts, but never ordered them. Then sent photos of parts for other trucks to my buddy claiming they were for his. The parts in the photos weren’t even for the same model as my buddy’s truck. When my buddy went to the shop in person, weeks later, his truck hadn’t moved, no parts were at the shop because “the guy was going to take it to the house and work on it there, so the parts were at the house.” I guess he thought my buddy was an easy target because he broke down from out-of-town? I don’t know why people like this think their lies won’t catch up to them."
