"With less than 10 customers in the whole place.... and us at the bar, it should not have taken 20mins for the bartender to acknowledge us. The bar was disgustingly sticky. Coworker ordered an oreo shake. I swear the bartender went to Dairy Queen and got the ice cream.... I ordered a Strawberry margarita.... not sure what she mixed up but it came in a martini glass with half a rim of sugar.... terribly nasty. The appetizers came out 30mins later and were not good at all. Will not go to this location ever again"

"I came to Applebee's for lunch. The service was extremely slow but I understood being that it was a causal Tuesday. But it took away the experience of me enjoying the all you can eat because you had to wait so long between them replenishing the food. However I still left a tip in CASH. I checked my bank statement and the server Nayeli V took it upon herself to charge my card an additional tip, that was over 20% that she did not deserve. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank. Do not go here, go somewhere else, like Chili's."

"We now know why this place was dead on a Friday night. Our server was nice but didn't know anything about the menu or even the beers they offered. The beers on tap were warm, so I ordered a bottle instead. Neither the server or the bartender knew what beers they had in the bottle. So I ordered a Bud Light. 10 minutes later, after our food came, I was told they didn't have it. The food was dry and over cooked. The French fries were ice cold. A table of ladies sat next to us and were told they didn't have coffee or hot chocolate. I won't go back and strongly suggest others don't waste their time either."
