"I like their burger, but the shake isn't that good compared to Chic Fil A. Also, the restaurant was cold. The restaurant is pretty clean, especially compared to Shake Shack in the Country Club Plaza."
"I've been hearing about the Shake Shack from my friend who lives in the KC metro area so I decided to give it a spin and was definitely impressed with their Burgers. I pulled up and parked not knowing what to expect. I was hungrier than a hostage and ready for dinner. When I walked in I seen all these screens to my left but I ordered my meal the old school way via thru another human. I paid about 18 dollars I believe for the Bacon Cheeseburger with a no salt Crinkle Fry and large drink. I was able to get my own drink from their Soda fountain which serves Coke products only. I liked how everything seemed simple. I wish I could of got close up pictures of the wall Menu and will next time I'm there. It took about 8-10 mins to get my order so I knew it was going to be fresh. The buns they use for their Burgers are beyond tasty and delicious. Best bun ever and the Burger itself with the melted cheese and Applewood Bacon was givin me summertime vibes. The fries were Crispy and I never wanted them to end either. I ate my meal outdoors since it wasn't to cool yet and they have plenty of seating outside and for the inside, there's a dining area that has a long wall that splits the tables from the soda machine. It reminded me of a wall you'd see in a prison movie but this place had nothing but pleasant people and staff so I felt comfortable and safe there. They even had a waterbowl for your dog outside but I didn't let my Lil doggy partake cause you just never know but the water looked very clean and fresh. And what I also liked was the Two, yes two, Cornhole beanbag toss games you could play with a friend or date. I will definitely be going back up here soon just to get a burger. The only complaint I have is I wish the Burger was a little bigger but maybe I ordered the smaller one and didn't realize it. The Shake Shack is a definite Homerun and a serious contender in the Burger Wars. Their food speaks for itself and I will be trying a Shake next time to let you all know. Please don't overlook this place cause you won't be disappointed when you go."
"We had great burgers ,fries, soft drinks and custard for dessert. Was had a discount deal but had wanted to go anyway. There are several around, but this one is handy to a few spots we visit."
"I think that Shake Shack has the best burgers in the fast food/fast casual categories. They are always made consistently and the crazy part is that the cost is on par with fast food chains that serve sad burgers that have been sitting out all day wondering why and how they ended up sitting for hours under a heat lamp and facing constant rejection customer after customer. For around the same price, you can have a made to order burger that is happy to see you upon delivery. I highly recommend getting the cheese fries. Don't look at the calories though. Just enjoy the melty goodness. Visit Shake Shack!!!"
"What an absolute joke. I came here because I had a deal from the T-Mobile Tuesdays app; fortunately, this microscopic burger was free. I still paid almost 5 bucks for the honor of having a small side of chewy crinkle cut fries to choke down along with the burger (I was asked to leave a tip for the kitchen staff, which concerns me about how much those poor people make). All of the food was mediocre at best (I've read the other reviews, so I'm waiting for a Shake Shack representative to show up and throw a bunch of marketing terms at me about how "good" their food is.) The lettuce on the burger was completely wilted (as can be seen in the picture I posted after I'd taken a couple bites), the sauce overpowered the flavor of everything else (same pic as before, you can see how much is just globbed onto the burger), and the patty was nothing to write home about. I've had fresher food from McDonald's. This teeny tiny burger I am holding was supposed to be $6.09. If I had paid for this, this would be a one star review. I will not be returning, and I would recommend you find somewhere else to eat. Snack Shack on Santa Fe offers a much better burger and experience, from a family owned and run business. Please go support them and eat a real burger instead of blowing your money on this disappointing chain. What an absolute joke."
