"What a nice breakfast spot! The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Our food was prepped right before our eyes and there were so many choices of meat, beans a toppings. You could eat here everyday for a year and never have the same meal twice. I had the chilaquiles with chorizo and green salsa, charro beans and a sprinkle of cilantro. The green salsa says it’s hot, but it’s not super spicy. It had a nice little tang to it. My eggs were cooked perfectly. It was such a generous plate I couldn’t finish all of it The hubby had the huevos rancheros with red chili pork and black beans. I stole a little taste, pork was tender and flavorful. His eggs were also perfect. We were the only people in the place, please don’t let that happen! Come on out and eat here, let’s make this place a big success! This is not your bland fast food breakfast, this delicious food, fixed exactly like you want it super fast. We’ll be back fore sure, and next time I’m saving room for a cinnamon roll!"

"A new, clean little breakfast spot. The employees were very friendly and helpful explaining what their new restaurant served. I got the huevos rancheros, which was a tostada with refried beans, two eggs, and your choice of one of three meats, I got the birria. Also on the side you get a cup of beans, either black, refried or a charro. I tried the charro beans which were pretty dang tasty. Altogether, it was a delicious meal and I look forward to returning to try other meats on the huevos rancheros and the other menu items."
