"Awful experience with staff. I underwent sedation dentistry there and it didn't work. I wish it WOULD have because the dentist and his assistant were insulting my teeth and even compared my teeth to SpongeBob. I assume they thought I wouldn't remember any of this. I did. Still had to pay full price for sedation and then had to go back to have him do the composite to fill in my gap which was what they were supposed to do under sedation. DR. Robertson stated he forgot we had talked about filling my gap. 100% would not recommend! If you want to be insulted go ahead and choose this place, but this was my experience."

"I did not mind the location is a narrow unsuitable place for this kind of office, with no access to restrooms at front as usual medical facilities offer, however, I regret having to go to this place. My visit was on May 15, 2023, and after 5 weeks waiting I contacted my insurance to find out. They called this office and were told the rep that the Aflac's web portal they used to submit the paper work was not working, and when the insurance rep asked to talk to the person who submit the papers, they said she was off and would not come back until Fri (it was Wed). That Friday when we called again, they said she had stepped out for launch and would be back in about 40 minutes. We called back just to be told she was in a meeting! I called myself, I wanted to see if I could help - I'm a retired professional IT and I know sometimes an access to a web portal failed because a browser plugin or permissions for the site are not set, or maybe the browser needs an update - I trained people at a vocational school, and I know their limitations, but the lady at front was sort evasive first, then rude. It took me a few calls to get my insurance to authorize me to go to a different dentist office because they said these people already were paid for X-rays and I would have to pay for new ones! I have two molars loose and need my denture fixed, and they did not care!"
