"Two times in a row we have done online order and pick-up in store and something was missing from the order. Also, both times, the quantity was significantly less than what you get when dining in. Thought it might have just been a mistake the first time but it was worse the second time. Will be going to other locations or watching them make it next time. Quality of food was good."
"Multiple disappointing experiences. I won’t be going back. Three online entrees on one order completely wrong, but not wrong enough to be someone else’s order tagged to be mine by mistake. These were just carelessly slapped together and with incorrect ingredients. Dining in is no better, the place is consistently messy and their employees don’t seem to care. This is not your typical Chipotle. Not by a long shot."
"Extremely disappointed on this online order. The food wasn’t even full. Almost looked like it’s a left over. Never had issues before so I don’t know if they had a new person preparing the food. But for $14 a bowl, you would expect more. The funny thing is we order two of the same and they came out differently. I really hope they can address this."
"151st Overland Park- horrible. Our burrito was for my husband was 1/4 the size as my sons and my sons was 1/2 the size as normal. Slacking in service- they don’t even answer the phone and talk to people. My burrito bowl had 3 pieces of lettuce and 5 pieces of meat. Everything was cold. Never again! I will always talk about it with everyone."
