"Update review after owner contacted me and made resolution: Prior to scheduling, Shawen (owner) did research costs of supplies and if vehicle could hold a hitch. I scheduled and had them install a hitch on my car along with the light system. However, there was a discrepancy regarding the labor costs. When I got the rental trailer and hooked it up, the lighting was backwards, meaning the left turn signal did the right and the right was to the left. Fortunately, the pick up location in Lee's Summit was business and the person was a pro with trailers and was able to help me. I was at the last minute and not able to return to tri state trailers for repair. The light wiring was hanging down on both sides onto the exhaust pipes. Then it was found, one of the bolts of the hitch to frame, was cross threaded and only partly in. I then had to pay for the repairs to be made as my schedule didn't allow me to go back to Tri state for them to fix. I have modified this review. 1.23.24"

"Stopped in over my lunch and dialed the number on the door, as Tony was working on a trailer out back. He greeted me in just a minute or so and answered all my questions and gave me a really great price while offering to do install of the B&W Biker Bar for free! What? Yes, included in price of trailer! Dropped the two Bars off with where I was measuring they would need to be to make our two Harley’s fit. The installation was perfect and Tony made sure all the lights / plug worked before leaving. Excellent customer service!"
