"Do not use this place unless you are patient and only want your car repaired to 85% new. Dropped of my car April 27, 2022 and they kept it hostage until August 9th, 2022. I needed the quarter panels fixed, front crack in the bumper repaired, and paint for the car. Their first technician could not repair it, while Justin told me the it was getting painted and almost complete. They tried to repair my car several times and instead of taking somewhere that could do it, they held on to it. Every time I called or went in, they said my car was a priority but they were never working on it. Before you drop your car off, look at the shop, the car windows will be down with dust and paint in the air, and they will stock pile your parts inside the cabin of your car. I have scratches and dents on the inside and my car doesn't smell new anymore since they had to detail it. For the body, the fender could not be straightened out and looks horrible on the crease of the car, I should have left the dent since it had better curves. Excess paint drips are along the driver door and the front bumper is still not flush with the car. Quoting Steve, I should have expected my car to be at 85%, not fixed to new, like before the accident. Steve's wife is amazing and she calmed me down and apologized versus the guys in the shop during the process. For over three months they could have just taken it somewhere to get fixed for the price and I would have had my car back. Steve offered to fix the interior of my car and the running paint on the outside, but it's been over three months and my car still couldn't be completed back to before the accident status. I can't trust these people with any vehicle of mine ever again. If you want ceramic coating for your car, go here. If you want any body work repaired, go ANYWHERE else. You will get better customer service, sympathy, etc. These guys are in it for themselves and will put you and your vehicle last. November update: Everytime I get in my car I seem to find another thing they didn't replace. My fog light fell out a few weeks after I got my car back, the mirrors in the doors shake because they didn't tighten them back up, there is dust all under my cargo space from the sanding they did (with the windows and trunk open), the plastic fastners that go around your bumpers are not all there, my blind spot monitoring is now hit or miss, and I'm missing a large piece underneath the door handle of the drivers side. Steve, the owner, Mr. "you should be glad it's at 85%", thank you for making my car worst than it was when I brought it in to you. I've never been so upset this long after a process but that was a lot of money and zero empathy from Steve or Justin. Ask them to come back in a few weeks because it's obvious your car will have more issues than you took it in to get fix if you get any type of body work done. Final update: Car was perfect minus the wreckage that it needed repaired. Tried to trade in the car which looked fine, but car needed to be totalled. The did not clear or correct any of the codes that the car gives for issues, which was everything they pulled off the car. Sensors weren't working, paint job was horrible, back end was really bad and cracked, which was supposed to be the repair. It was in their shop for so long just for a dent in the rear panel.....atleast what they thought. Zero attention to detail, do not trust this place."
