I had a 10 a.m. appointment to get a tune-up and by 3 p.m. they hadn't touched my car, I waited a whole week for this appointment, I wasted $30 in cab fare back and fourth to the shop, these people have no care for their customers at all, I plan to share my horrible experience through my social media accounts, when you do bad bad things happen.... Highly disappointed... I plan to file a complaint with the better Business bureau"
