Reviews
"My daughters LOVE this place. We get the best deals on jeans and sweatshirts. T-shirt prices are a little high, but the jeans make it worth it. You just have to search through the massive amounts of clothes."
"I used to always sell my clothes here all the time, but this time, they didn’t take anything and a lot of the clothes still have tags on them. Also some of the staff is rude. I never post bad reviews but I was really disappointed in this store. Will not be going back"
"Staff was friendly, informative and patient. It was my first time selling clothes and I had alot of questions. They were very busy but took time to explain the process. I hope to do business in the future."
"Last time I was in, I was sifting through their inventory and I saw a lot of stained clothes on the racks. Like, stained. As in how-could-you-miss-that stained. None of the bottoms ever fit quite right even when its in your size. I guess that's just the whole part of consignment shopping, though - most of it is just poorly made and uncomfortable clothing with odd textures. I think possibly just drop-shipped online buys that folks regret (hey, we've all been there). It's fun picking out the stuff you think will work but then the fun runs out when you're in the dressing room and struggling to fit a thigh into an "XL" skirt's waistband. You'll have a blast if you're an XS. If you're not, you're SOL or awfully limited - so for my budgeting lovelies, skip Plato and try H&M, Target, Ross, and TJ Maxx. Gonna try the OP location with my fingers crossed next time."
"Have never sold clothes at this location, but it deserves 5/5 stars as a buyer for sure. Cutest clothes of any Plato's Closet I've been to!! The organization was amazing beyond the normal system the chain has. There were racks dedicated to brands and certain styles which is always the best, and whoever curated them did a great job. One worker was especially sweet and kind to me and other customers in the store, and we found out we share the same name (Aidan). :) You could tell how comfortable and happy she made the customers that interacted with her- give that girl a raise!!! Some of the other workers were pretty short and reclusive, which is disappointing, but who knows, maybe they have social anxiety. I used to work in retail so I totally get being overwhelmed or burnt out, especially with rude customers, but it's sad when you can't even be friendly for short interactions with nice customers. This type of thing doesn't really get to me but for anyone more shy, it would definitely be a deterrent. Overall, had such a fun experience shopping here. 100% will be back! "
