"Very clean and superior organization compared to other TJ Maxx stores. Great selection. Fast check out. Today - 12-10-23 We were shopping in TJ Max together, I bought something for my wife and while waiting for her I decided to add a panorama picture to the review I did 10 days ago. While taking the picture a gentleman staff member asked me if he could help me , I said no - he said they didn’t allow filming. This is in bad taste. The question should have been I see you are taking a picture or filming- may I ask how you are going to use it?"

"I had a really bad experience at this store never recommend going there management sucks I went for a return because I purchased my dog some bones and it turned out when I gave my dog the bone my dog started choking and was unable to breath so I decided to return it and they denied it because it was open when I literally only used one and I explained to the cashier it was a choking hazard for my dog and the manager told the lady the she didn't care if my dog died but she would not accept the returned and I didn't do it for the money because it was $14.99 but still management shouldn't be talking like that to customers."

"Hello, how are you, thank you for responding but I want to let you know my discomfort at this time regarding one of your employees. I come from wanting to make a return and the treatment I have received has been horrible. I wanted to return one of the dog food. It turns out that my dog almost suffocated and I return it and the store manager said that she didn't care that my dog was suffocating, that was so terrible that they can have that type of staff, the comment she made is outrageous and I am a frequent customer of that store and from today on I will never I will buy from none of your stores again. You should train your staff to show more empathy with customers"
