"I recently visited a Rainbow store and wanted to highlight the rarity of good customer service there. Despite initial friendliness, the atmosphere tends to decline. During my return and purchase, I questioned the manager, Latoya, about a price discrepancy with the pants. Inquired with the manager, Latoya, about the pants' price due to conflicting information: $15 on the ticket, $10 on the rack, and a prior purchase at $10. Regrettably, her response carried a noticeable attitude, asking, "What does the ticket say on the pants?""

"Ok, I love the products but the customer service at this branch … smh. I was in the store and passed by several associates, none which spoke to me. I got an “are you ready?” As I stood by the counter and “ have a nice day” as I finished paying but no contact while I’m shopping or even a smile really made me feel unwelcome. Do better. The first 3 seconds after some one walks in are when you are at least to acknowledge their presence. If only for theft prevention say “hi I see you”"

"Nice clothes at a decent price. Fitting true to size is iffy. Just gotta wing it. Sucks they never have coupons and also sucks the dressing room limit is like 2 . But the variety is outstanding . It's like Viva fashion but more trendy"

"Stopped in last week for first time and was surprised at the amount of cute stuff they had. Great kids section too. My 6 year old cleaned up on their clearance items. Also had cute stuff for my 3 year old. I do find tops to fit quite small for plus size. The two employees were very helpful."
