"What a great place! Definitely stop there if you're riding your bike on the Rock Island Spur. It's so much better than a Casey's or something similar. This store has a nice area with tables to sit and eat at, a clean bathroom, and friendly people working there. Highly recommended."

"I stopped by the corner store two times this weekend, once on my bike ride from Pleasant Hill and once on my way home. Both times, I found the store open and attended by one of the owners. She was very courteous and accommodating both times. She even filled one of my water bottles with ice and fresh water for free. There is a public restroom there and a small, air conditioned dining area. What a great resource for Rock Island riders. Just head into town from the trail head about two blocks. Take a left by the church and the store will be on your left about a block down."
