"We've had 2 separate poor experiences with multiple trips out, not fixing the issue, charging for each trip, and then an offer to replace the entire unit at prices much higher than other HVAC providers. We gave them a second chance recently, but we're done. They are 2x more expensive for labor/troubleshooting than others (and weren't able to fix things the first trip multiple times, which makes that even higher), and $1,000 or more higher on new equipment. I just can't justify the extra $$$ to "support local" anymore. There are other local providers who do a better job cheaper."
