"I never leave reviews but this one striked a nerve. They told there were going to be there soon to tow my vehicle and never came. I called 3 hours later and told had to wait an hour, then i waited an hour and still dndt come. I even called and the guy said no one was informed about it and he hung up on me while i was still talking. I know there’s pressure sometimes but thats mad disrespectful!!"

"My property management company had a contract with the company for parking lot maintenance (towing of cars that are inappropriately parked or in someone else's paid spot). I called to get service and have found that even though we have a contract, they are no longer serving us. A call would've been nice. Not impressed by the woman's catty attitude when I called to inquire why they didn't respond to our last call. 10/10 would not recommend."

"Terrible place people with nasty attitudes. Had an accident and told them to tow vehicle to body shop but instead they took it to their tow yard and then proceeded to charge us $30 a day. When we went to get it they refused to let us get it, yes we had title and tried to pay but they refused. We had to call the police to deal with them. Worst business ever. If I could give them a negative star I would."
