"Somebody working window told me to wait a moment for two customers and then 10 minutes later I'm still at the box. So I pull up to the window and the person working said it couldn't take my order and I'd have to go back around. I used to work here. So y'all had me waiting 10 minutes for TWO DRINKS and refused to take my order at the window even though you very much can? Terrible service, terrible staff, terrible food. They need to go out of business at this point."

"Now I know why Sunday this place is DEAD Very Rude ! I’m from out of town and had a meeting. Not even a “Thank you “ Gave my Credit card back to me and slimmed the window . No receipt . Very Rude employee! Gave my Daughter a Spicy when ask for a number 10 not Crispy chicken Tater tots was cold Rude as HELL !"

"Incredibly frustrated with this location. I don't usually post reviews & rarely post negative ones. However, this is the 4th bad experience we've had at this location. Can we please get better staffing at the Lakewood location? It's become normal to sit in the drive-thru lane for 20+ minutes. I've even been turned away because they are too busy to take any new orders - when there are only 3 other cars in the lot. Today, we door-dashed an order. My drive approached & explained they couldn't make the drinks because a pipe burst. Understandable. I would have like to be notified that our 4 drinks weren't an option before he arrived with the kids cheeseburger. We ordered a kids meal cheeseburger with lettuce & tomato and no ketchup or pickles. It arrived loaded with pickles & ketchup - no tomato or lettuce or cheese! The apple sauce was hot - which is odd, considering the pipes burst. And our delivery driver said the employee's wouldn't give him the time of day. It was a group of teenagers goofing around & not attending to customers. Finally annoyed enough to post."

"Drive threw worker and cashier extrealy rude, didnt even attempt or try at making a burrito, will never be back if thats the kind of staff they want working there."

"Here is a raw chicken sandwich I got from here a little while back. Was going to let it go until my horrible experience with the very rude Amanda today. They forgot my tater tots today. Called to let her know I’d pick them up at a later date because if I came back now my food would be cold. She kept saying I’m not giving you a new meal. I kept saying I don’t want a new meal I just want a tot…..at a later date. She kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen. She had this preconceived notion want I wanted based on other customer experiences. She put another girl on the phone and Amanda and the other employees started yelling “ F him” and “ F that”. Names and cuss words were flying. Total belligerence. You could hear Amanda selling a fictitious story to the other employees about what happened over the phone with me when she was actually oblivious. They kept cussing at me. It became apparent that these weren’t any kind of professional employees. These were the type who just keep the doors open. These are the type who would insult you and do something to your food. If Amanda wasn’t so rude and they didn’t cuss me out over the phone I would have just kept the raw chicken sandwich experience to myself. I just wanted the tot they shorted me lol. Pretty crazy! You can thank Amanda for me sharing the raw chicken photo with the health department. She is a total liability!"
