"We have stopped here many times. It is an area we stop to on our way to KC...every time something is wrong. Today I decided to leave a comment...Today-They Charged us for an extra meal we didn't ask for..cheated us a Sprite that they charged us for, for one of those meals we didn't ask for... Fries tasted old and gross, greasy and not salty at all. The deluxe McCrispy I did order, was thrown together very sloppy. Our mocha coffee, tasted like the coffee maker was broke, or burnt..Overall, my suggestion-go right across the road to Sonic. More expensive... but way better quality of food. And people who can take an order."
"Burgers had a burned crust on one side which was covered by the cheese but had a very burned taste. Also the Dr pepper had taste of coke."

"It's sad to say this is the best place to eat in Neosho. If I wasn't already running late for work I would have went back. The only time McDonald's will ever get any more of my money is for a fountain drink and that's it. This visit in my opinion should have shut the store down. Very poor management for sure. Oh and when did you guys start serving chopped beef ( or whatever it really is ) sandwiches?"
