"Of the 24 flavors they had, 10 were missing. The small mint chocate chip milkshake that we ordered, was only half full, because the server said its because the ice cream is softer than the other icecream and that's why there wasn't a full cup. I asked if they had any of the other flavors and she they were all out. I don't know if it's stocked up in the back, but most of your popular flavors were out. No cones. No caramel syrup, no hot fudge. So them I asked for cappuccino blast, and she didn't know how to make it. I ended up with a small scoop of Baseball Nut, it wasn't even a small scoop. I've love Baskin Robbins and have enjoyed your ice creams for over 20 yrs. This was the worst location ever, only one staff working. Several people left because the wait was so long."

"Terrible experiencie Both cashiers were very rude and unprofessional. Look like they don't want to be there and go to work just to make their hours and get the pay check. If they don't want to deal with people look for different job. They didn't have the flavor of chocolate or vanilla the most popular flavor. I know they had but they were to lazy to go get it. Also the place by refrigerator were dirty. Who knows since when they don't clean that. If your guys go there check the counter by where they keep the ice cream is disgusting"
