"I went in there for a brake line, this older gentleman was very rude and talked to me like I was stupid. I’m guessing it’s because I’m a younger female. Anyways I have bought my brake lines from them before so I know they exist from there. The NAPA in girard had what I needed. I suggest going to the one in girard if you ever want to get treated like a human being."

"Worst Customer Service experience I've ever seen. Bought a fuel filter (2) actual, just a cheap plastic fuel filter 3/8". Went to install it the next morning, turned out I needed a 5/16" inlet/outlet. No big deal, I'll go exchange it....NOPE, guy behind counter says it smelled like fuel. I laughed, Said fuel hasn't been run through it, won't even fit on my car. If it did fit fit, i wouldn't be here trying to exchange it. He basically just called me a liar and wouldn't exchange a $4 part that I had the receipt for and purchased just the previous afternoon. A $4 F'ing part, that I never ran fuel through. Worse service I've ever seen. I WILL be contacting NAPA Corp and complain to them also."
