"Cashiers are pretty nice. Kitchen staff are on point. No mistakes out of 10 times we've stopped here. Nice, even sauce job each time. Nuggets nice and crispy."

"The manager and other girl working the second window early mornings (December 29 6:45am) are so rude! I ordered an iced coffee and they gave it to me really hot for whatever reason so I asked for some eyes on the side and the bigger girl working out the window had the biggest attitude over the asking for some eyes, real dry, slam the windows shut and then handed it to me very rudely, and then the coffee was not even made right. I swear they make it different every time, and it was absolutely disgusting. There was no flavoring and it whatsoever. I asked him to remake it all together and then I walked the manager literally open a couple of flavoring. They probably didn’t put any to begin with to open a new one to make my coffee. The manager was also extremely rude For literally no reason whatsoever. I normally get my coffee every morning from Starbucks with the line with long decided to go over to McDonald’s. They barely have any business and this is how I was treated. I would just continue to get coffee from Starbucks and the coffee has never made the same Anytime I go to McDonald’s and get coffee and the people here are just rude"

"Food was cold go thru the drive thru if you want a fresh warm meal and the staff was very friendly and nice but overworked and understaffed. Hire them some more help and you will be getting five stars next time I use to work for mc Donald's in lad Vegas and you only had to wait for your order for 5 minutes."

"What service?! I've been waiting for 30 minutes (indoor dining). I've been up to the register twice asking for my meal. People who came in after me are now eating, but not me. I will not come back. If I could get my money back, I would do that and leave, but there's no one at the front register. Poor service... no service!"

"Absolutely awful customer service from both the drive thru attendant and manager, however it is the manager that deserves the blame here IMO. I had been a normal at this location for 19 years now, and by far the worst customer service I've received here. After a drive thru app issue, the attendant ultimately asked 'are you going to order it not?' and when I asked for the manager's name or a business card, they would not provide it to me. I ultimately pulled up to the payment window as I remembered a customer service number, but when I called it, it was out of service. I then went inside to speak with the manager, who would not provide me their name and would not provide me the GMs name or number, but said I would need to talk with them only. When I asked when they would be in, she then told I'd just need to come in or call and keep asking for them! Ultimately, I asked for a working number of where I could call and complain, and received the store number on the attached napkin. For the drive thru attendant, i understand that they're probably a HS student looking to get thru the day. However, the manager's attitude and customer service was appalling. I did find out that manager's name was CHRISTINA (Kristina?) when another employee called out to them. Thanks to Christina, I will be taking my business to another location or the Whataburger next door."
