"Holy cow service is super slow, went inside to eat. noone at counter to take our order for several minutes. After we finally ordered, it took about 15 minutes to get our food....mine you we are the only people in line, and there is only 2 of us....our table was very dirty as well, 3 other people in the whole place another couple and a homeless man.... they definitely need some more help here."

"This particular McDonald's in Independence is the worst. I have been 3 times in a row (my fault) and each time they messed up. They always don't include the sauces I asked for. They never provide napkins or straws. They get my drinks wrong and they forget at least 1 item each time. I order through the app each time so it lists out everything I ordered and all the condiments and items I requested so how can they mess up each time? Also, when I pull up it takes forever for my order to come to me. Other McDonald's in Independence are not this bad. I assume this location is understaffed and under trained but come on, it's fast food (the easiest job in the world). This location is convenient for me most times but I am going to stop going to this location."

"Ordered at 10pm the night before Thanksgiving - requested extra BBQ sauce on both of my McRibs - apparently that means add Big Mac sauce to the sandwiches. Called the location, no answer. Thanksgiving they were closed. Came up today (Black Friday) and was told by Casey that in order to remake the food I would have had to bring it back up for replacement. From a day ago? The food was trashed because who puts Big Mac sauce on a McRib? Horrible service, and a horrible experience getting this rectified. Casey seemed too busy to talk to me, and uninterested in remaking my food. SKIP THIS LOCATION!!!"

"Service gets worse and worse each time.. always get an incomplete order.. always have to go in and tell them.. the stupid automated order taker doesn’t even get it correct. Yesterday I went in and there was a lady wearing no shoes.. this was after I went through the drive thru and didn’t get a complete order.. the manager told her employees “ come on guys get it together”.. but maybe they need more training.. or maybe she needs to supervise better.. it doesn’t take a genius to read the ticket and put the food in bag, make sure they have napkins and drinks.."
