"I placed an online order through the mobile app (processed and successfully charged my card) just to get to the drive thru window to be told they weren’t accepting credit, debit, or mobile orders and only taking cash. If that’s going to be the case, make sure something like that is more well aware to people who are just trying to get a quick bite to eat at the end of the night so they aren’t wasting time or money just to get told it’s going to be cash only when they show up to pick up their order"
"I'm not happy with the recent service I've received from this McDonald's location specifically and I don't know what's going on. Usually their service is standard for a McDonald's, but for the past few weeks my orders in the drive thru have been wrong, the tables inside weren't clean when I went inside a few days ago, and the service has been the worst it's been. Today was the tipping point. I asked for a shamrock Oreo shake because I was excited to try it out for the first time, and the lady in the drive thru gave me a regular Oreo. I'm tired of my orders getting wrong, and so I gave it back and asked for the shamrock one, and the lady took it, put a few pumps of syrup on top, and then handed it back to me with the syrup dripping off the side which almost got into my car and stained my fingers. Really? I went back inside and she had the audacity to say that she mixed it when clearly, and look at the photos, one scoop off the top reveals nothing but regular vanilla ice cream on the bottom. Not to mention her attitude when I looked at her and she said "that's how they're made" when she just put in no effort into mixing it."
"Waited a very long time for the wrong order and overpaid in the process. Really gone downhill. Definitely going back to get my money back. You can’t take someone’s order charge them $14 and then give them an eight dollar worth of food. Super uncool in there was no one else in line. This was late night. I was the only one in line. How do you mess up an order like that honestly."
"They made the sandwich really clean and the fries were healed pretty well. They're really nice people and it wasn't very busy for 11:30pm. Very fast. Oh and the Kiosk doesn't charge you for mayonnaise or shredded!"
"A great stop if you’re headed east on Johnson Drive - I think that the easiest way in is through the corner of the QT parking lot. If you’re headed west, I’d recommend turning south on Antioch and then turning right on the street in front of Hobby Lobby. They are usually pretty good with wait times, although they do get backed up a little when it’s very busy. Everyone is pretty friendly, and it’s clean if you want to eat inside. My only caution is that you go very slowly when driving in front of the building. There might be a car waiting for food that is difficult to get around, but the main thing is that a worker might pop out right in front of you to take an order to one of the pickup spots. I wish they’d wear vests or have a light on, but if that’s my #1 thing to change about a McDonald’s, they must be doing a pretty good job."
