"To the owner of this location on SM Pkwy. By Metcalf- Feb. 10th, Saturday morning, was my very 1st ever visit to Scooters. I could not have been more pleased with your staff (I believe 4 people working that I saw in the drive thru) they were absolutely a delight, very friendly and it made my 1st visit absolutely amazing! They made a point to welcome me on my 1st visit, and had a conversation with all of them (I was the only person in the drive thru at the time) The 2 breakfast items and my coffee were also delicious! I will definitely make THIS Scooters location a new frequent stop when running errands! Everything was top notch!"

"The people working today went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me out, they rock!! I get weekends off, which sometimes makes it hard to get to the bank. I needed a roll of quarters for laundry, and without hesitation, they took my 20$ bill and gave me a roll of quarters and the rest in cash. It might not sound like a lot. But I've been to at least 5 other stores where they will just deny doing that because of "store policy". Glad to know Scooters hires down to earth, great employees, who don't make a fuss about silly stuff and can provide amazing customer experience and make me great coffee! Yall rock!"

"The trip would have been 5 stars The girl on the drive thru headset was super polite and I even thought in my head how positive and polite her voice was. Then I get to the window and the manager/trainer is getting on to the drive thru worker and saying she needs to be short with customers and interrupt them. Which I wholeheartedly disagree with. I was also the only customer in line so there was no rush at all. We also only talked about things like "would you like an extra shot?" We weren't chatting about anything besides my order. Furthermore, anything private the trainer/manager wants to address does not need to be discussed right in front of a customer. That's very tacky. 1:30pm on Dec 14th 2022 Praline coffee is good tho."
