"We have had nothing but issues with this particular comfort dental! The orthodontic side! They never answer the phone, retun calls or emails. They have cancelled appointments and then havent had any replacement appointments within a reasonable time frame. Today my daughter was told she was getting her braces off.. when we got there at1:15 the receptionist was completely rude and said well we are on lunch you will need to come back at 1:30p . I understand that you may be on lunch but the attitude was unnecessary and if you don't want to be interrupted during lunch maybe you should lock the doors. Then she proceeds to tell us the my daughter would not be getting her braces off after all, that they usually only do that in the morning! I am totally over this place and the lack of communication, professionalism and the absence of customer service!"
