"Went there on Wednesday at 7pm and it took 25 minutes to place an order and check out . Felt bad for those that had placed online orders and had arrived before me and checked . Their food was not ready and had wait longer considering they had placed their order earlier online and received food after me . Only three choices of bread available since they ran out of good stuff earlier . I usually visit before 3pm and it's in and out quick friendly service , not doing the later visits again ."

"I put in 3 online orders. They confirmed that it was received. When I went 40 mins after ordering and 20 min after pick up time there was only 1 order ready. When I asked how long on the other two they lied and said we just received your order. And that there was 4 other orders ahead of my other orders. Which I understand. But almost and an hour to make 6 sandwiches is kind of ridiculous. This isn't the first time in the last 2 months this is the new normal."

"Just went in about an hour ago to get 3 foot long subs because I had a coupon. When it was my turn to order the older lady who worked there said they only had wheat bread and wraps I was like not a big deal wheat bread it is. As soon as I ordered my 3 subs she goes "this is why we don't have any bread but wheat everyone coming in and placing big orders." She then proceeded to complain about how busy it was and acted like customers coming in the door was such an inconvenience to her that I almost left. The other two workers a younger woman and a young man were kind and professional but this older lady needs to either find a different job and quit or learn to keep her mouth shut because it's a service job where customers come in give you money and you get paid your hourly wage. It's not the first experience of hearing her gripe about something last time I was in there she was complaining because her husband bought something online from a scam site and they stole her credit card number and she was complaining about how dumb her husband was and how he needs to stop buying things from shady sites."

"I have been going to this subway for almost 5 years now and within the past month 2024, it has been the absolute worst experience. I don't know if it's the new staff or what but they won't even make the Italian herb and cheese bread until noon and they open at 9. Also have been not stocked on anything in the mornings or around noon. Then run out of everything or put it away in the evenings. Really need to start doing there jobs right. Richmond is really turning into a horrible place to shop and eat.."

"I went here for supper and they know who I am I get my usual foot long cold cut combo with pepper Jack cheese lettuce tomato black olives banana peppers chipotle southwest and honey mustard and a ton of jalapeños I told them I wanted to regret my decision and these people in this store understood the assignment and I have never been happier to be in pain great people and food"
