"Good food but the customer service needs much improvement. They didn't offer or give receipt with my purchase. The guy working the drive thru window was not friendly. Guess I should have stayed in the McDonald's drive thru line. Now I know why Wendy's wasn't busy."

"Ordered a classic bacon combo,with no lettuce, chili for the side. Was charged for a double, but, discovered after driving several miles to where I was going to eat, that I only got a single, with lettuce. The small chili as almost totally beans and sauce, very little meat. This is not the Wendy's I usually go to, so maybe it's how they do things. Things are not always consistent when dealing with franchises. Disappointed though, because Wendy's, as a company, has gotten very expensive. I like their food, but I'll skip this particular location. Also, I noticed the price on the receipt was a bit higher than their menu board proclaimed."

"Got breakfast #1. The chicken was raw in the middle. When I called the store, the manager did not seem to be concerned. Normal response, bring back to replace or give money back. Raw chicken is serious, and I don't feel she took it that way. I advised you never to take chicken up before the timer and hung up."

"Well first i ordered and it was fine. As I pull around to pay for my order there’s some guy a younger gentleman standing by the window saying he’s waiting for food. when i saying by the window i mean he was right there not even a foot from my car. I pay and not getting a receipt or even thinking about a receipt my food. Well i didn’t get my chicken sandwich and my dave’s double had pickles and tomatoes when i asked for it not to not a huge deal but you will always taste pickle if you don’t like them. And i have a strange feeling the guy who took my card and gave me my food knew my bag was short a chicken sandwich. not satisfied with my experience with your establishment."

"The service was good. It was just hard to hear the young woman taking my order. I was just happy that dine in was open again 3/30/23 my food was not the way I requested. I ordered a 4 for $5 with Jr Bacon cheeseburger. I got a regular cheeseburger. Nuggets were cold and French fries were cold and very limp Definitely not a good experience Worst fast food I have ever had"
