"Employees complaining about customers paying with cash!?! To me I find that odd. Sandwiches at the Gallatin Subway are not made correctly when Employees are under pressure. Having Employees text my son telling him that they don't appreciate it that he had to pay with cash!! Seriously???? Who's the manager??? Or is there a manager??"

"What a nice place. Very clean at 6pm tonight, the staff was great and considerate and super friendly. I usually feel like in inconveniencing food workers because they’re so short anymore, but this location and the staff tonight were excellent. The gentleman working was very upbeat and the younger gal I think named sarah was also super friendly and all smiles. And they had a nice dynamic working together, it was a good experience and I hope these two staff members are recognized for the good employees they are and maybe a trip to the eye doctor. Thanks! Did I mention how clean it was? Because it was well stocked, orderly, and clean!"
