"While they are knowledgeable and kind in the front of the store, the technicians move exceptionally slow. I went in and it took 45 minutes to change 1 tire. They had 3 different guys working on the same tire. It took 18 minutes just to get the van on the jack.The first guy kept trying to put the car on a lift. Multiple times he moved the van and attempted to use the lift. He eventually gave up and used a jack. I watched as the men would put a lug nut on and then stop look around and talk to another worker for 15 minutes. Since I needed two tires the total time I spent from the time the van was driven into the bay was over 1 hr. If I had taken it to Lonnie’s in Independence I could have had 4 tires changed in about 20 minutes."

"Friendly, knowledgeable! Easy to make appointment online and they promptly confirmed. Only downside was I waited over two hours for 4 new tires to be installed even with my appointment. This seemed a bit long. Overall it was a positive experience."

"Great service and very helpful. Made an appointment, which I highly recommend since they tend to be very busy. I've bought tires from them twice now for 2 different vehicles and their prices and payment plans are great for when you're in a financial pinch. Got an oil change this time and it was much less expensive than most places, plus it didn't take too long despite them being extra busy as usual. The manager was very nice and gave me the coupon discount without having it, which was a really nice gesture. Good service and quality here as well. Between the other place I reviewed and here, you really cannot go wrong going to either. Nothing but great experiences at three separate locations. They also practice what they preach about friendliness, helpfulness, and customer service. Things that are nice to find and seem to becoming rarer and rarer these days, especially with some of the younger generation, who seem to have lost that human touch possibly with the expecting to do everything online. It's just nice to run in to people that treat you like a person and with respect, instead of the usual attitude of indifference."

"I began by booking an appointment online. Received a call the next morning as I had forgot to include tire size. The gentleman took down tire size ,looked them up and said they were in stock and to bring car in at 10. Once there I was greeted, had all info taken off car. Car was moved inside , repaired and the advisor then told of items I had checked along with an estimate. Very professional and courteous. With me being a service advisor before retiring I know how tough that job is. These 2 guys at the front were great. I will definitely return for service."

"It was obvious they were extremely busy, but when they found out there were two horses on board w/ a blown tire while passing thru Missouri and gotta make it to Colorado to deliver to a lil girl who has no ideal she's getting one, The employees did the best they could to get us in and out as quick as possible! Brand new trailer with LQ & tires not made to carry 4 horses/ yet we were assured they were great when trailer was bought 2 mos ago! Big O's voiced concern the safety of tires sold with trailer were not really ideal for this trailer, which we agreed. Had they had 4 in stock we would have bought 4 but they only had 2 so, 2 new excellent rated tires tires & under 2 hrs out the door, back on road. Will be 10pm instead but still priceless!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE STAFF AT BIG O's OFF hwy 70w."
