"I had an amazing experience at MAG Payless Car Care. The excellent customer service began from the first interaction. I called to schedule an oil change, bulb change, and wheel alignment. They asked why I thought I needed one to make sure that was the case, and I told him I was embarrassed to say. His tone immediately changed, and he was very sympathetic without pitying me. He made the appointment and I was very pleased. When I got there, they got my car in and out right away. I didn't have to wait long at all. When they brought it out to me, they said they wouldn't do an alignment until I could get another part of the suspension repaired, but didn't charge me anything for looking at it, and gave me a reasonable quote for the additional work. I will definitely be going back as soon as I can afford it. I highly recommend them."
