"Bethany did me a huge favor!! I really did a stupid move and ended up dumping my wallet into their trash can. I called her when I figured out I didn’t have it the next day and they had already dumped their trash in the dumpster. But Bethany went out there and found it for me!! I appreciate that so much!! I will definitely keep buying my pizza and breakfast burritos there if I ever go by there when I’m hungry!! They are great!!!"
"UPDATE: following the directions in the response to my original review, I went to the link provided. All it was was a survey asking for my name, phone number, and email. I filled it out. I got an email asking me to tell them more. I replied saying all the information was in the original review left on Google but if they have other questions then give me a call. No one ever called. I went in again tonight to get two sodas. The girl who wouldn't take accountability or fix the issue was there again. I tried to avoid her but she was the only one at the register. She recognized me and smirked. Poor customer service and more disrespect. I said "that's not what a woman would do." She then said with sarcasm "have a wonderful night." I said "take the sarcasm out of your voice." Because she knew exactly what she was doing and that she was being disrespectful. She mumbled something under her breath as I walked out. Trying to have the last word. Childish. Grown women do not care if they have the last word or not. Obviously management doesn't care about training or retraining their staff and act like the customer is the problem but the staff. Too afraid to fire bad employees because of the labor shortage I ordered a pizza and two liter Dr. Pepper. The girl (I use girl because she was mouthing off mocking me, taring me down, telling me she's never seen an adult act like this, and refused to help the situation and take accountability for her mistake. ALL of which are traits of a girl, not a grown woman that she repeatedly insisted she was.) The girl asked me how she could help me. I said I was picking up an order. She asked what my name was. I said Mary Ann. She went and checked the kitchen and then asked if it was Mary Cody. I said yes. (my husband who called and placed the order is named Cody) she gave me the pizza but the wrong drink. I told her she needed to either give me my money back or get me the correct drink. She refused. She said she gave me my drink. I said it had the wrong name on the ticket and it's not what we ordered. She said "I don't know your name" and brushed me off aand helped other customers. I said you do know my name you asked me. She said how was I supposed to know I gave you the wrong one? I said because, like I said, the ticket has the wrong name on it. She refused to take accountability or fix it. She refused to ask another worker to help. She very easily could have said my mistake anf gotten me the correct drink or asked someone else to help me becayse she was busy with other customers but she didn't. It escalated into yelling. I asked two workers for their manager they said theansger wasn't there I asked for the phone number so I could talk to the manager and they wouldn't give it to me. I asked them to call the manager for me. After 10 minutes of yelling at them they finally called the manager. All this time the worker was mocking me out loud which only fanned the flames. She fed the fire instead of simply apologizing for her mistake and then fixing it. I told her this isn't about you. She responded with it's not about you either. It is about me because I'm the one PAYING. She made smart remarks mocking and insulting and feeding the fire instead trying to defuse and/or get help. (Which is what a grown woman would do) the manager finally came over and then defended her employee by making excuses like "it's dinner rush" and "don't yell at my employee" (who was talking over me while I was trying to talk to her manager) her manager FINALLY got me the Dr. Pepper. She could have done that first instead of defending an employee who made a mistake and chose to ignore, then fight, then insult the customer instead of fixing her own mistakes. Apparently the manager is just as bad"
"Everything at Casey is changing and my gf used to love their food and now if not cooked enough or at all."
"Stopped to wash my windshield, no water in one and about 2 inches of muddy water in the others! Can’t take very long to take care of these on a daily basis."
