"Absolute worst experience with getting a car fixed in my life. The body shop I took my car to sent it here to get it calibrated and they ordered the wrong parts three different times. Put the parts in wrong multiple times and ended up taking two months longer than expected to fix it. Within a week of getting it back it had issues so they sent it back and now it needs to go to a different dealership. It can’t go there yet because a car that’s “not in their system” is in front of it. They called a tow truck to move the car but it won’t be here for an hour and the dealership will be closed by then. Absolutely no customer service in addition to these problems. Everytime I call I get sent to voicemail, leave a voicemail, and never get called back."
