"I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who was at the front desk, but he is an absolute joy to work with. I had a tire that kept leaking air but I'm traveling 100 miles one way, twice a week, to take care of a family member in hospice. I had just gotten back into town after my 24-hour shift (I still work an FT job and have 3 young kids at home), and I was so tired but knew this needed to be taken care of. I was trying to explain that it was my passenger-side front tire and I kept saying driver-side, left....getting it all wrong. The gentleman at the desk never made me feel dumb, but VERY PATIENTLY helped me tell him what tire it was. I really appreciate the kindness and patience he showed when I was literally a complete mess. That kind of customer service earns customers for life and I sure hope Firestone knows how lucky they are to have someone like that being the face that handles customers."
