"Nothing, hitch installation has not been completed yet. We arrived expecting the service to happen only to be told they were short staffed and it had to get rescheduled. The lack of a phone call to notify us was very upsetting. Also the CS rep at the shop just kept throwing excuses instead of appologizing."
"I know it gets busy and they have a lot to do, but why have a propane thing if you don't have time to manage it? Multiple people waiting 20+ minutes for service, and even then I don't know if anyone got any help. Several people before me were also told "we'll be with you in a moment", only to be ignored for a long time after that (myself included). The prices for refills are nice, but the wait really doesn't seem with it when busy. *update* Finally got help after 3 other people also joined the line for propane - just an unfortunately long wait time"
