"Doctors are beyond excellent in this place! The only problem are costumer service. Those girls out at the front desk are terribly rude and unprofessional. That's pretty sad taking in consideration the highest level of good service and experience that the doctors have in this dental group. This place would be a 5 start if it wasn't for those girls at the front desk."

"Billings is very nice but not the original Ortho I had my consult with. I was not properly informed of the procedure with my braces coming off and that i would need a visible retainer all the time. It was quite upsetting the initial day of my braces removal. Billings was very reassuring and presented all options and apologized for the mistake that was not his fault. I give a 3 star because I really only communicated with him after he took over the practice and it was during the last 6 months of having my braces. I will note, that after he took over, i noticed a lot of shifting in my teeth which had seemed to be at a stand still while fixing the same gap for months on end beforehand. That gap was closed pretty quickly after he had a look."

"Just wonderful - We called with an emergency after another local orthodontist wouldn't see us which we had already had an appointment but yet to sign their contract. You were so kind to get us in that day and gentle as my child was in pain and so thoughtful you didn't even charge us. We are so grateful for your generosity and it's so good to know that there are people in the world who take care about children in pain. Thank you!!"
