Sam's Club Tire & Battery

"I shop at Sam’s Club and having the tires center so readily available was a win; the auto staff are great. However, I have scheduled 2-3 visits concerning low tire pressure. The first visit I was told it was the rear driver tire. The very next day after that visit, my light came on and while I was driving another driver informed me that my tire was really flat. I contacted the auto dept and was scheduled a visit and was this time and another time that nothing was wrong with the tire. The picture is the result of me not airing my passenger front tire every week. Even with me telling the auto dept that this tire keeps going flat they insist nothing is wrong. I purchased these tires from Sam’s and they put them on maybe Oct 2022 and the tire light started coming on the following fall prior to Oct. When I asked about the warranty that would include replacing the failed tire, the idea was basically avoided because here I am still dealing with a deflating tire. What is the point of advertising a warranty if you are not going to honor it?"

"Ordered a set of tires a week ago. Called in after a week for an update. They said that they would give me an update that day. 3 days later, 2 weeks plus, nothing. Time wasted. Bad customer service."

"I do not like SamsClub's new telephone answering system for Tire & Battery department! Now, when you call, it rings one time and then gets transferred to a call center in a foreign country. When I call a store, I'm wanting to talk to an individual working physically at that physical store location."

"I am very rarely able to write a good review about an auto department. I purchased tires from them years ago, and they just went bad. That actually isn't a good thing, they should have lasted longer. They were willing to replace the tires, but it was just slightly out of warranty. There was a woman and a guy who were really helpful throughout the entire process. She tried to find me discounts, and was very knowledgeable about the brands. It wasn't just selling the highest priced tires. I assume they aren't on commission because they actually have morals. I do think that they should be better about explaining any fees, and little things like tire disposal fee. They don't ask if you would like to dispose of it yourself. Overall, everyone was really nice via phone and at the store. They will work with you to get any issues resolved, and the warranty is actually very reasonable when it isn't expired."
