"I want to love this place, but unfortunately there have been too many issues. My first 2 new patient appointments I made had to be rescheduled by the office staff. I was finally able to get in on the 3rd try. When my daughter needed a filling, we waited for an hour before she was able to go back. I then received a bill in the mail for well more than the estimated cost. I was told it was because I had x-rays done too early and insurance wouldn’t cover them. Had I known this, I would have either canceled the appt or have had the x-rays sent from the previous office as this appt was just for a cleaning. I am now having to pay a bill that was not necessary. I had made an appt for my son, but canceled it due the problems. The next day I received a confirmation text for his appt. I had to call back as it was not properly canceled. The staff and doctor were overall nice and friendly, but all the issues make it difficult to want to go back."
