"Went to the Olathe location today. Way different than other locations. Watched an employee at the back of the store be rude to a customer and a coworker. Treated them like dirt right in front of everyone. The store was busy and he didn't even try to help. I saw this because I had to wait. It didnt make a lot of sense. If I were that guy's boss I would fire him. I should go back in and ask the guy at the counter if he needs a job. He was doing his best and shouldn't have to work with that jerk. But I won't go back to buy anything from that location. I'll be surprised if it stays open with such poor customer service."

"This place was great! I lost a wheel bearing going across country and it destroyed my axle. I was referred here, by Paul, at Heartland RV (Thanks Paul). I had my Camper Trailer there at 8:00am with no appointment, just a serious need to get back on the road to make it to a job. Mike jumped right on it and started giving me different options to get me back on the road. Long story short, Mike, Ruben, Chandra, Myra, and a fresh pot of Coffee all worked together to get me a new axle built and replaced on my trailer by NOON. All while being super pleasant to work with.
