"I have been going to this Firestone location for over 7 years now. Kat and her team have always been great to work with. They're honest, informative and have never been pushy. They have always treated me kindly and with respect. They have also proven to go above and beyond to resolve any issue I have encountered (I had squeaky brakes after replacement and they assisted me in identifying the issue and remedied the problem). I would recommend setting an appointment if possible as they do get busy, but overall I have had nothing but good experiences with them"

"My opinion: drop your vehicle off (I always do). It’ll probably be there all day so make other travel arrangements. Other than the vehicle being hemmed up all day, that’s my only complaint. Shawna is who I’ve typically worked with. She works hard, typically looks worn out from a long busy day, but her customer service is ALWAYS 10/10. Nice and pleasant. From observation, the others provide great service as well when I’ve seen them interact with other customers."
