Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Usually like this place as they have a good staff. Today the car in front of me stayed in the bay while the other two lines were moving at top speed. I noticed there was no one working on the car in my bay and told one of the guys that I had been there about an hour and a half. He told me they were going to give me a hefty discount and scanned my VIN number. In a minute another guy came out and asked me to back up so the car next to me could go in front of me. So the cars that entered the line maybe 4 and 5 cars behind me they were going to be served before me. I left without an oil change. Back to Jiffy Lube I guess."

"Never again will I come here. First time I came for an oil change then 2 weeks later my oil light came on because it was low. My son took it 3 weeks ago for an oil change and now my engine is blown because there was no oil in the engine. Found out I wasn't the only customer who had this problem at this location."

"I usually go to Raytown location but was closer to this one knew something was going to be wrong when I pulled in the bay and saw the staff clowning around….but I stayed, left and went home, the next day my truck engine light came on and it started rough idling and smoking. I called and had to report it and make a claim. Took it back they checked my oil and it was overfilled they re-did my oil change only to find out that the old oil was never drained and new oil was put on top of it. Took about 2 weeks to find a mechanic and shop to repair it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this LOCATION OR VALVOLINE ever again. They definitely lost a 5+yr Loyal customer."

"I came to this place at 7:50am just to make sure I’m here early and I’m still sitting here at 8:20 and nobody has even attempted to come out and say anything. The garages are still closed. This business needs to work on being prompt and actually caring about people’s time. At 8:20 is when I was told it would be 20 -25 more minutes due to workers not being there. Like wow"
