We live in St. Louis, and he allowed my brother-in-law to come to the shop and check on progress. He answered questions and called back promptly when I left messages. The diagnostic revealed the problem and they were able to get my vehicle in immediately and the repairs done that day before closing. Did my inspection, too. Lobby was clean and quiet unlike some I have visited. Plus the repair cost was much cheaper than what the dealership would've charged. "What a wonderful company to work with. I cant say whether or not their pricing was lower or higher than what any other shop might have charged, but frankly, with the level of customer service my family received, I really dont care if they were far more expensive than what another shop would have charged us given the great experience and their ability to work with our situation and far exceed what would be considered a reasonable accommodation. The appointment was easy to schedule and thankfully they had an opening a few days later, then after looking over the vehicle they gave us an estimate for repair, I approved the estimate by phone. While completing the repair, my wife realized she left our house key in the vehicle, they were kind enough to promptly drive to our house and deliver the key to my wife. Upon completion of the repair, we were in a predicament, the shop would close before I would get home from work, and my wife was unable to find a ride to the shop and find someone to watch our two young children while she went to pick up the vehicle, to Milex and crew, this was no problem, they said they could have one of their guys drive the vehicle to our house while another followed in tow to drive him back to the shop once delivery of the vehicle was made. I have never received nor heard of such customer service, they now have a loyal customer who will not take their vehicle anywhere else because if they are willing to put that much effort in just for customer service, I know they take good care when it comes to their actual skilled trade.
