"This establishment was used for approximately 3 years. Last time in was an oil change. When I left, the transmission was slipping. An appointment was my next stop that couldn't be missed. When checking the transmission fluid later that day, it was empty!!! The car had never had transmission problems!!!! I'll never go back!!"

"Mechanics there overall are pretty good, but the owner not so much. In the few times I been in there I keep seeing shady stuff. More than once I been in the lobby and overheard someone getting overcharged. I personally only gave green light to repair 2 items, then show up an they did a bunch of things without even telling me or quoting me. I'm always very clear, call me before doing any work. I thought this was common practice/common sense but I make it clear anyway, never had a problem with any other mechanic. Then to find out they FORGOT to do the 2 things I brought it in for! Then they lie to my face and accuse me of never mentioning those 2 things. I said, Umm... I wrote them down on a piece of paper when I brought in my truck and I can see from here it's still paperclipped right there to your notes. And, YOU gave me a written estimate for those 2 things when I dropped off my truck, in YOUR handwriting! I shouldn't have paid the bill, but I did, and never went back. The previous time I was in there heard a crash in the garage, and a truck had rolled right off the lift. Dunno who didn't get the jack points right, but they crushed this poor guy's new truck. Lucky nobody was underneath, could have died. I should have never gone back after I seen that happen, but I was in a pinch. Never again."
