"Great place! Staff was kind, cats were adorable, food was good! After reading through the negative reviews, I can confidently say most of these people probably are stretching the truth. Both workers were very kind. You’re not allowed to pick up the cats, which makes sense because we are strangers, and a lot of cats don’t like being held anyways. The workers are clearly concerned about the well being of the cats first, which is amazing. This place is really nice and they’re doing great work for these kittens."

"This was my first time visiting a cat cafe and I absolutely LOVED the whole experience!! My daughter and I had such a cool time hanging out with all of the beautiful kitties. The staff is friendly, helpful and informative. The drinks are incredible and the gift shop has so many cool souvenirs!! I 100% recommend Sugar Kittens Cat Cafe!"

"Such a fun place! The drinks from the cafe are delicious and then you get to enjoy time with a bunch of sweet cats and kittens. Staff are always so kind, helpful and happy to see you! You can really tell the staff and owners truly love and care for all the cats that they care for."

"We've been there multiple times before. I've brought my friends and other family members. We went in open to adopting another cat. I think the place itself is great and good way to get your fix of cat love. I think they are great to the cats and how they treat their cats. I just personally felt we had a very negative interaction between us and one of the workers (maybe owner?)."

"Employees were all very welcoming and helpful! The space is comfortable and clean for cats and people alike. My wife and I both enjoyed our time playing with the cats. They did seem pretty worn out (we went in the later afternoon). Though most of the cats are up for adoption, we never were pressured to adopt. I would like to see more information about the adoption process around the cafe, without losing the laid back atmosphere we experienced. Now for the bubble tea- it was good. Worth ordering for sure, just not the best I’ve had. After all, it is a cat cafe! Taking 45 minutes to hang out with some cats and enjoy almost any flavor drink you could imagine? Yes please!"
