"Sucks that night crew is so incredibly overwhelmed or just don't care it can't make up for their great day crew. The day crew makes me forget not to order here at night. Constantly having issues with the speakers and skipping orders or ignoring a speaker for 15 min at a time. I have a child I can't be jumping through hoops just to get my food. And when I try to call for a refund? Phone is busy. Not cool and it's been months now come on guys. Gotta remember to just avoid this one all together from now on too much time and money wasted."

"Went through the drive-thru at approximately 1:45 a.m. the man at the window was very polite read my order back completely triple check to make sure I left with the correct order even going as far as making me piping hot fries"

"Ordered 2 shamrock mcflurries and they didn’t even bother mixing it just threw the stuff on top. This place sucks."

"Went through the drive thru. Ordered a Big Mac meal and asked for the big Macs for sacks deal. The girl at the window didn't believe me. After waiting she comes back and changes it. I get my food and the fries look old and they are cold. I get out the car and walk in with the fries and the manager already knew. The girl behind the counter got me new fries but instead of handing me the bag when my arm was extended to grab it she tossed it up on the shelf. I get home and the big Macs are terrible. The meat is dry and buns are hard as hell. This location is getting worse daily. If the employees could stay off of the cell phones long enough . It might help maybe."

"Consistently bad. Please change management to someone that knows what they are doing or sell to someone willing to pay for better workers. McDonald's on Ash is not going to mess up order or take 45 minutes to go through the drive thru."
