"Sadly, I'm giving this location 3 stars due to a specific barista pushing her personal anxiety onto me. I get it... you've become overwhelmed because "Malissa likes to show up right after she places a mobile order." Listen "Linda"... I have never attributed to your stressors by lacking any kind of patience with you or any of your colleagues during my wait. I completely understand that I would have to wait for my order regardless of whether I placed an order through the drive thru or chose to show up earlier than what is anticipated on the app. I live 1.3 miles from this location. I have 4 kids, and we are always on the go. My orders are anywhere between 2-4 drinks, sometimes 5, mainly refreshers, sometimes blended drinks for the kids; and for myself - a "pick me up." Like clockwork, I utilize the app so that I DON'T forget anything and am not stammering at the drive thru... NOT because I expect them to all be ready within the drive it takes me to get there. It was almost 6 pm... not a single other car in sight... no cars in front and zero cars behind me. You weren't busy! If I had ordered the exact same 3 drinks through the speaker and not through the mobile app, you wouldn't have said anything and allowed me to patiently wait, but instead, on this evening, you chose violence and snobbishly told me I needed to wait at least 5 minutes before showing up for my mobile order. Wouldn't you just send me to the pick-up area like the guy usually has me do if me waiting at the window was extremely overwhelming for you? I've got two more tips for you on top of the one I left that I wasn't allowed to retract in the app: 1. Maybe being a barista isn't for you since you seem to be anxiety prone. 2. Perception is a (bleep)... just because you became anxious due to me arriving earlier than anticipated doesn't mean I was being impatient in any way, shape, or form. However, I do suddenly have this urgency for Dutch Bros to hurry its build and open up on the opposite corner. My apologies to anyone reading this whose name is actually "Linda.""

"I had high hopes for this starbucks with it being so close and being a new mom but I've had several issues with it. Very cute interior and nice outdoor area. The service is at least always friendly but my order is almost never right. I stopped doing drive through because they would always give me the wrong drink. I started ordering from the app with pick up and its been equally as bad. No one is confirming pick ups. Anyone could just walk in and take my order. In one instance my Father in law picked up my order and had to go back when they didn't include my breakfast sandwich. Today was especially bad when I ordered half decaf grande and only half my cup was filled, tasted fully caffineted and luke warm. With how expensive these prices are it is unacceptable to have only half a cup filled and to forget an almost $7 sandwich. Please do better."

"Running late my tea was ready but I realized I forgot the yogurt I ordered as it wasn’t sitting with my drink. I went back in and asked the girl making drinks. She replied that someone else is working on that. There wasn’t anyone else. Until a few minutes later a girl comes back from a back room. I then asked her and she walked to the fridge, opened the door, grabbed the yogurt then handed it to me. Why was this so difficult for the girl that I asked to grab it. I’ve had several issues with this Starbucks not making drinks right etc, but this was just plain laziness. It"

"This location just opened on March 3rd and I was very excited to check it out - so far, I’m impressed! They have a great interior layout with plenty of space for both individuals and groups to work or study, and they have the first 2-lane drive through I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks (pretty cool!). The baristas were all very friendly and even made a recommendation that turned out to be great, and our drinks were made perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back here regularly!"
