"My wife and I were looking for a car for her. At first the associate named Noah was helpful, but then we were approached by a manager (I assume) named Tim M. While Noah was willing to help us locate a car for my wife, Tim was most certainly not. After asking my wife to describe her "ideal car", he proceeded to tell us that the car did not exist (he told us that compact SUVs did not exist despite Noah showing us a Toyota CHR, which is a compact SUV). Tim told us, after we mentioned a Hyundai Kona, that we should leave the dealership and purchase the Kona. This was the first time that either of us had been kicked out of a car dealership before. We will certainly never return to Hendrick Toyota. The only reason for the two star and not a one star review was for Noah, who did his job admirably."
