"Love getting long DARK hair in the food we ordered (our hair is blonde) and when returned the food WE are accused and they said it cannot be their hair (dark brown/black). Prior, called them and immediately returned it. But received a call back for no reason after the refund and are “no longer allowed to eat there” because it wasn’t “their hair”. We aren’t “Karen’s” but gladly don’t want to eat hair in our food from a restaurant that cannot own up to a simple mistake."

"I’ve ate at this place a dozen times. Normally it’s pretty decent and a fair price. This time I got a LONG black hair in my food (couldn’t be mine, I’m blonde with short hair). Asked for a refund and they gave it to me. Then they called me back for no real reason saying the hair couldn’t be theirs because it’s black and they all have “brown” (like the 2 aren’t close…). Then proceeded to say I was no longer allowed to order from there. Note: I was respectful as possible, so no Karen situation, just don’t want to eat hair."

"Used to order take out from here at least once a month, they changed the portion of the lo mein to half of what it was and charged the same price, which would have been ok had they said they changed the portion but they wanted to argue it's the same amount when it used to come in a large styrofoam box and now it's in a plastic half that size. Will find somewhere else to order from."

"Leavenworth is definitely not a Chinese food town at all. Flavorless and dry rice with no veggies or anything and the meat is over cooked to the point where it’s actually hard to chew. Not to mention there’s no crab to be found in the tiny and underwhelming “King Crab” Rangoon. I don’t think I’ve ever had bad Chinese food until I moved to Leavenworth. They did allow us to eat in the restaurant but we had to pay extra for water…"

"Delivery timing was decent. Food was good. Only issue I had was some of the food spilled out into the bag but that's bound to happen sometimes with food delivery. The thing we can not get over is the peanut butter chicken! It is AMAZING! Definitely going to be something we order every time we get from here. I would suggest adding something to your ragoons though. Maybe some herbs? Something to add color because it's almost like it's made only with cream cheese inside. Regardless, we will be ordering here again. Delivery guy was super nice as well!"
