Papa Johns Pizza

"I ordered online to have 3 large pizzas delivered at 7pm. At 7:05 I called them. The manager said that our order wasn’t even seen because they got several orders at that time. He found it on the computer while we spoke, so they did get my order. He couldn’t move ours to the top of the list. And couldn’t even tell me when we were going to get our pizza. No offer of doing anything due to their mistake."

"I started eating the pizza with my kids and felt something tingling the back of my throat and saw multiple hairs cooked into my pizza. One which looked like a pubic hair. After vomiting multiple times in the toilet, I went to return the pizza. I was just given a refund. Not even a sincere apology or empathy for what had to either be on purpose or someone dropped the pizza on the floor. I've worked years in restaurants, which makes this appear as either on purpose or gross negligence. This could explain why no one was wearing hats or hair nets when making pizza."

"I dash and get a lot of orders from here. It always smelled so good. It's not as good as it smells, it was edible tho. The main problem at this store is no one uses gloves. So, while I'm waiting forever for the orders, I'm watching this girl touch everything, the cash register, the screen, boxes, her face and then turn back and toss dough. No washing of hands and no gloves....no thank you!"

"I always get good service from this location. Even when it's busy they work together to make it a good experience. I also appreciate that they donate portions of proceeds to BSSD through the Blue Springs Education Foundation."
