"I watched this guy pour my coffee, get back to my office and it’s cold. Having to microwave “fresh coffee” immediately after it’s poured is crazy. For a 4 dollar drip coffee you’d hope it would be hot? Not to mention if you want to modify a burrito by saying light potato’s, they don’t let you make any modifications. Just a lazy establishment. So you get a burrito full of potato’s with hardly any sausage and egg, and a cold coffee to wash it down. Then they have the audacity to ask for tip. This place used to be a lot better when it was a Scooters. This place sucks"

"The favorite bacon breakfast burrito is only okay. If you liked cooked bacon, this one is not for you. The burrito had a nice overall flavor, but I had to remove the bacon since it was barely cooked. Had it been even slightly crispy, this would be a winner. Their other open breakfast sandwiches that feature bacon do not have this issue. If you like your bacon cooked, opt for one of those instead. Staff is fast and efficient. Overall, not a bad option, but pass on the bacon burrito."

"An unbelievable crew from start to finish. I have been in Spokes KC more than I care to admit, but constantly it is amazing. Aaron is a gem. The breakfast burritos are incredible and I LOVE the meatloaf melt"

"The wait was very long and staff seemed frazzled by our small order, with only one other customer in the shop when we arrived. Sandwich came very burnt, which was a bummer. Was a ok sandwich, ingredients were spread on the sandwich (4 slices of apple stacked on top of one another in one bite, and all the jam in a dollop elsewhere. Couldn’t taste much other than an overpowering burnt bread taste passing the flavors within."
