"Fast, fresh, and delish. Everything was good. I’d def go back. The branding, menu, and environmental graphics look kinda like a Tad Carpenter joint, and I noticed his shop is right around the corner. I’m a nerd for that stuff. But the food backed up the cool artwork and branding."
"Serving up hearty, homemade fare that feels like a warm hug for the soul. The menu is a mix of classic American comfort food with a creative twist like Mildred's signature breakfast sandwiches. The coffee is pretty good too! Mildred's pastries are baked in house and OMG emoji worthy!!!!! Whatever you order DO NOT PASS ON the gooey butter cake. It's pure baked sorcery! For breakfast get the standard breakfast sandwich + coffee+ gooey butter cake. For lunch get the onion soup+salad+ any of their quiches."
"Love this spot for coffee, breakfast and lunch. Crowded inside? No worries…there’s space outside by the firepit. Food is good and ambiance is great. We hope our reviews are helpful for learning about shopping, eating and playing in the area we live in."
"This was a convenient place to grab some food before a play at Union Station. It's right off the street car line on the first stop from Union station so it's location is fantastic. I visited at noon on a Sunday and it was very very busy. This was my first visit so I have no comparison. We ended up sharing a table with two other ladies and we were the last people to get a seat. Because it is order at the counter service and you get a number and your food gets brought to you later, it became apparent while we waited for our food that many people had ordered before realizing there were no tables. So it may be worth scoping out a table before placing your order. It was below 30° when I was there and they have a super cute patio with a huge fire. But it would not have been possible to eat there and not have solid ice as my meal. The only table that we were able to squeeze in at was right next to the door so I noticed a plethora of people having to huddle around the fire to eat their food. The food was tasty, but nothing totally spectacular. Also be aware that prices for breakfast do not include anything more than your breakfast sandwich or burrito or whatever else you order. So you will have to pay another $2 or $3 for a breakfast side if you are looking for a sandwich and hash browns. The quiche is really the best deal on the menu because it comes with a side salad so you feel like you got a whole meal for the price of a meal instead of just a sandwich."
"Some of the best food and coffee I’ve had! This is a great place to come and hangout. Staff was friendly and welcoming right when we walked in. Their food is vegetarian friendly and it tastes great! Come check it out for yourself!!"
